Worcester Wares grand opening today

I went to the Worcester Wares opening celebration today. Worcester Wares is a new store in the DCU Center building that sells Worcester-themed items made in Worcester by Worcester artists.

I have only recently met the owner, Jessica Walsh, in ‘real life’  after being introduced online by Dee Wells. I’m glad I’ve met her. Like Dee, she’s one of the wonderfully positive people who make Worcester a great place to be. I wish her all the success with her new store.

Check out this great artwork on the wall! It’s very ‘Worcester’.

There is something for everyone in here. Books, t-shirts, pins, mugs, cool terrarium things, and a lot more. You must make a visit to see all the great stuff she’s got.

Worcester pin, sticker and t-shirt I bought.

I got a great new Worcester t-shirt, a sticker, and a pin. Next time, I’ll be looking for a new coffee mug.

Everything in the store shows the love we all have for our city.  It was great to see everyone coming to support this new business and the artists that she is supporting.
